The staff were very helpful! I booked the WRONG date. The front desk lady, Jihane, helped me correct my mistake with a friendly manner. I would DEFINITELY visit again. The location was perfect for exploring the area

There were NO towels provided and WiFi on the top floor was non-existent.

the location was acceptable as it was near some places i wanted to visit.

The ac barely worked. I basically sweltered the whole time. then there was the shower. The pressure was so weak it was like standing under a leaky faucet (this annoyed me more than anything). plus, finding someone at reception who seemed to know what was happening was like a constant challenge.

I found the garden with the pool fine, it was a real oasis. the staff were helpful and polite, they weren't overbearing at all, which i liked. the location is convenient, with access to various points of interest. I didn't feel isolated! i really appreciated the professional and relaxed atmosphere, a perfect base for my work.

I noticed some dust in the room, especially. The cleaner should pay closer attention to that. it wasn't a major issue, but it did affect the overall impression a bit.

the staff at reception greeted me with a genuinely warm welcome and big smiles, it. they were very kind and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a good attitude. i really appreciated their attentiveness and readiness to solve my problems.

The location was convenient near good places. The room I had was clean and the shower had sufficiently hot water. The staff were very helpful .

My room was somewhat noisy, despite being several floors up. I could hear sounds from the street below and other guests.
